The tour will give you the opportunity to visit 3 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in only 7 Days: Istanbul, Cappadocia and Ephesus.
After your arrival to Istanbul Airport, we will meet you in front of the exit gate at the international terminal; with a sign bearing your name and transfer you to your hotel in Old City area (Sultanahmet). You will have free time in the afternoon depending on your arrival time. It is possible to include some tours on this day if you are arriving in the morning. Overnight accommodation in Sultanahmet.
The tour will start with the pick-up from your hotel around 08:30. We will start with Roman Hippodrome (the site of ancient races, games and riots). It was also used for similar purposes during the Ottoman Era. Today, you can observe some of the historic monuments at site including Serpentine Column, Egyptian Obelisk and German Fountain). After that we will continue with Blue Mosque. Blue Mosque (Sultan Ahmet Mosque), a unique example of Ottoman architecture. The inside walls of the Mosque are decorated with beautiful Turkish Tiles. Million Stone (an ancient monument partially remained today. It is situated right at the centre of the city to show the directions to East and West.And then continue to St.Sophia Museum (Holy Wisdom Church built on 537 as the Cathedral of East Roman Empire. Today, it is a museum where the remains belonging to Christianity and Islam are visible together. It is currently listed on World Heritage Sites List. The tour ends with a visit to Grand Bazaar. (One of the largest and oldest covered markets in the world. You will have the set menu lunch including local food which is included in the tour price. (Drinks are self payment) In the afternoon, you will visit Topkapi Palace (former residence of Ottoman Sultans and today is a museum including the sections of Treasury, Sacred Relics, Sultan Pavilions and Harem), after that you will visit Sultan Tombs of 17th and 18th centuries. The tour finishes at around 17:30 with a drop off to your hotel.

With an early pick-up from your hotel around 05:00am , we will transfer you to Istanbul Airport and have the flight to Cappadocia. Our driver will meet you at the airport and drive you to your hotel for the breakfast. After having the breakfast, we will head to the most important place in Cappadocia Region: Goreme Open Air Museum. The museum is a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1985 and it has the best-protected churches in Cappadocia such as The Apple Church or The Tokali Church. The next visit before lunch will be in Love Valley Panorama Point that you will see the most interesting fairy chimneys in Cappadocia. We will have our lunch in Avanos and see the kick-wheel pottery demonstration which is an art almost 4000 years old in the area.
We will then visit Pasabag Valley which is also known as “The Monks Valley” in which you which you will see the best-protected fairy chimneys in the area and your guide will give you some information about the formation of them. This is the place that you will see multiple-headed fairy chimneys called as mushroom fairy chimneys. After a short drive, we will visit Devrent Valley to see the camel-shaped fairy chimney there.
Then, we will drive about 30 minutes to get to Kaymakli Underground City to see the largest underground city in Cappadocia out of 34 of them. You will see the way of life in underground cities which are used on enemy times as shelters. Finally, we will stop by Pigeon Valley to Uchisar Castle from an excellent point and then drive back to your hotel around 17:30. Overnight accommodation at Carus Cappadocia Hotel in Goreme.
Optional Hot Air Balloon Flight in the early morning can be a good start the day with sunrise.
We will pick you up at 09:30am from the hotel. We will first drive to Goreme Panorama Point to see the valleys of Cappadocia and our guide will give you information about the history and geography of the region. The next visit will beDerinkuyu Underground City which is the deepest one in Cappadocia region. We will then visit one of the most spectacular canyons in Turkey: Ihlara Gorge. 3 km hike will be one of the highlights of our tour. We will hike through the canyon for about 1 hour along the river, passing Byzantine rock-cut churches decorated with frescoes. We end the hiking portion of the tour near Belisirma village, where we will have lunch in a quaint riverside restaurant.
After lunch, we will drive to the biggest rock-cut monastery complex of Cappadocia; Selime Monastery and Cathedral. Selime is the biggest rock-cut cathedral of Cappadocia and located at the end of Ihlara Valley. The final visit will be to Pigeon Valley which offers a perfect photo chance and then we will drive you back to your hotel. Overnight accommodation in Carus Cappadocia Hotel.
We will pick you up two hours before the flight and take you to Kayseri Airport. You will have a direct* flight to Izmir Airport. Our driver will meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel in Selcuk. You will have a free day at leisure today. You can visit St. John Basilica on this day which is going to be very close to your hotel. Overnight accommodation in Selcuk.
We will pick you up from your hotel around 09:30am and first drive to The Virgin Mary House in which is believed that she lived there for a while with St. John the Evangelist. You will see the church, fountain and the wish wall that you can hang your wishes as well. The next visit will be the highlight of the day: Ephesus Ancient City, one of the biggest excavations in the world. We will visit the Odeon, The Fountain of Trajan, the stream baths of Scholastica, Hadrian and Domitian Temples, The Latrines and impressive library of Celsius. We will then visit The Grand Theatre, where Saint Paul preached. The theatre was the largest one in ancient times with capacity of 24.000 seats. The walk in the Ephesus ruins will be around 2 – 2,5 hours and then we will have the lunch.
After lunch, we will visit The Artemis Temple which was one the Seven Wonders of the World in Ancient World. Finally, we will drive to Sirince Village which is an Old Greek Village. The village houses the Greek people until the population exchange in 1924 between Turkey and Greece. The village is very famous with one-of-a-kind houses and the fruit wine. After this lovely village, we will drive you back to your hotel around 4:30pm and then we will take you to Izmir airport for your flight to Istanbul. We will meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel in Old City area.

On your last day in Turkey, you will have free day for your leisure until the transfer time to the airport. We will then drive to Istanbul Airport for your flight back to your country.
